I probably should have looked more closely at the description of this particular volume. The Table of Contents tantalized me with a lot of illustrations -- not to be found in this volume. I haven't read this yet, but this is about the area I grew up in, so I am looking forward to reading this from the perspective of someone who was there a century before I was!
