A Dragon's heart is an imaginative, short and sweet read. It is filled with fiery passion and engaging characters. I am a big fan of Dahlia Rose's stories and in this one, she does not disappoint. You meet our hero, Kalv, as he is driving across the dark Texas plains and hears a damsel in distress. He comes to her aid and sparks fly at their meeting. Ginna is a small, beautiful and spitfire of a lady with enough passion to save her farm and unleash the heart of her Dragon. There are nice twist on the usual romantic plot devices, for example we find out his secret out early on. It would have been a 5 star story, but the typos are a few to many to ignore. Also, I would have really enjoyed more of the back story between Kalv and his lost family and the world they lived in. But all-in-all a very nice read.Product details

When losing your mate causes you to harden your heart against love or keeps you from the path home, that's what this book is about. Letting go of the sadness and receiving love is the only way back.
I enjoyed the story and the main characters. I especially liked the heroine. She was tough, independent, feisty as the hero called her, and resilient. The hero was hunky, big, protective, and a hard worker. Of course he was a little clueless also; he didn't want to love again after losing a previous mate.
I enjoy Dahlia Rose stories. She gives you complete stories with likable characters. Many IR books are not well written or don't have likable characters. I have read most of Ms. Rose's books and I am a fan.
What I didn't like was all of the grammar mistakes. I kept wishing for a red pen so that I could make corrections. I almost gave a 3 rating due to the mistakes.
Way too many errors for a book you had to purchased. The author used the word from instead of form. Thought instead of though. It's distracting. I've read free on-line stories with better editing.
it was pretty funny but interesting. money can not buy everything and using violence to get what one once he or she may never get it or it may not last long with him if he ever has one
Heck I am an addict for these Dragon stories/books! I am a big fan of D Rose! She held my attention and had me searching for other books she wrote because she is so streamy and such an outstanding writter! Keep it up!
While I like all of this author's books the editing/proofreading are really bad,especially in this one. The concept was okay, but too short. She needed to take the time with corrections,they were all over this book . I give four stars for storyline and two for execution. Sorry
BOOK TWO
This is a love story that continues with mystical creatures and other world.
Second story about one of the twelve warrior dragons from a place called Paladin.
They were dispatched to protect the humans on earth from mutant serpent who want to take over.
Kalv is a dragon who has lost his way since the death of his mate. He wonders the earth helping those in need, since he is unable to return home.
Kalv comes to the rescue of a woman named Ginna, who is trying to keep her family farm out of the hands of the town bully. Kalv tries to figure out why the town bully wants Ginna land so bad, while there relationship blossoms.
Will Kalv open up his heart to love so he can return home or continue to live in the past? You have to read the book to find out.
